Character Name: Sento Kiryu
Series: Kamen Rider Build
Age: 26
From When?: Episode 49, immediately after defeating Evolt but before waking up in the new world. Key features include not knowing if he's going to cease to exist or what might happen to his friends.

Warden Justification: If someone who was once Takumi Katsuragi, the Devil's Scientist, can become a hero fighting for justice, love, and peace, then he's got a pretty good idea of what it might take for an inmate to redeem themselves. In canon, others surrounding Sento have become better people, and they'd credit him with inspiring them to be better. In turn, he would credit them for his own changes for the better--he is, as one of his friends puts it in the finale, "the hero we all built." He's well aware of how actions have consequences and is hellbent on using his own abilities to help others. He throws himself into danger for others without a second thought, and though he would say he is a pacifist and would prefer not to fight, he is also willing to fight to protect others. He may not be able to have any peace for himself, but that makes him fight all the more fiercely for others. He knows how it feels to know that some part of you has been responsible for atrocities (even if he has no access to Katsuragi's memories from Katsuragi's stint as the Devil's Scientist, memory and personality are extremely complicated in this canon I'm so sorry), and he can encourage a desire to do and be better.

Item: Rabbit Fullbottle. When he shakes it to activate, not only will it behave as the Rabbit Fullbottle normally does, it will allow him to find his inmate. When used in a transformation to Build, the "where is the inmate now" sense will remain.

Abilities/Powers: There is a detailed rundown of his powers at the wiki here but for convenience's sake, I'll provide a brief summary.

Sento's primary ability is to use a belt called a Build Driver and small bottles of purified Nebula Gas (a toxic substance released from the Skywall that sprang from a Martian artifact), called Fullbottles, to transform into Kamen Rider Build. He is only able to use these without experiencing side effects because he has been experimented on with repeated exposure to said gas, which is known in series parlance as having a Hazard Level. Sento has the highest Hazard Level of any of the characters on the show, which is a 7. The transformation to Build generally involves a pair of bottles, one with an inorganic and one with an organic theme. Particularly resonant matches, such as Rabbit and Tank or Hawk and Gatling, are Best Matches, and these combinations will be stronger than just pulling two random bottles out into play. Shaking a Fullbottle without using the Build Driver will grant a small amount of power to someone with a Hazard Level; he's been known to use the Rabbit Fullbottle to give himself a bit of an edge in speed in an untransformed fight.

Since Sento comes from the end of the very toyetic series, he's got some power-up items and stronger transformations. The RabbitTank Sparkling Fullbottle, which resembles a can and takes two slots on the Build Driver, will allow him to transform into Build RabbitTank Sparkling. The Hazard Trigger used in conjunction with any two Fullbottles will grant Build Hazard Form, which is a form that Sento will avoid at all costs, as while it is powerful, it will also cause him to run berserk. The Hazard Trigger coupled with the FullFull RabbitTank Bottle will allow him to safely use the power of the Hazard Trigger and activate RabbitRabbit or TankTank form, depending on how the battle is used. RabbitRabbit is built for speed and jumping ability, and TankTank is built for defense and firepower. The Genius Fullbottle essentially allows him to use the power of all of the Fullbottles at once and allows him to become Build Genius Form, which is the strongest form he has. It's got some purification abilities in regards to dealing with anything corrupted by Nebula Gas, and it can only function if Sento's heart is in the right place--if he is feeling properly heroic, essentially.

Because he's got a truly ridiculous amount of transformation trinkets, he's also got the ability to keep all of them on his person without carrying around a backpack full of stuff. It's more a conceit of how physics work for the sake of the narrative in a show like this than an actual power (and is not a skill mentioned on the wiki), and it only extends to things like Fullbottles and the Build Driver. If he is transformed as Build, he can pull a weapon from seemingly nowhere even if it was just sitting in his lab in the previous shot. He carries it all on him, somehow. Beating Sento up can have a pinata-like effect, wherein kicking him around enough when he's not transformed will scatter Fullbottles everywhere.

His cell phone also has the ability to become a full-sized motorcycle when used in conjunction with the Lion Fullbottle.

Outside of his abilities as Build, Sento is an accomplished physicist with a genius-level intellect--he can actually back up his scientific boasting. Though he claims to be a pacifist, his lifestyle has forced him to learn how to fight. He's a decent hand-to-hand combatant, though he does lean on Build's abilities (particularly the element of surprise and the virtually infinite number of combinations he can get by switching up Fullbottles) and could easily be outmatched by someone who has a bit more training or experience in a totally unarmed fight. He is aware of this and tries to avoid unarmed fights when possible--either he's using a Fullbottle to give himself an edge, or he's been forced into the unarmed fight through poor timing and will only carry on with it just long enough to get himself enough breathing room to become Build.

Wardening Strategies and Philosophies: Sento is a do-gooding hero who fights for love and peace and he's going to be jazzed about trying to help someone else find their own way to the light while understanding that it's not like whoever he's paired with is happy to be there or even willing. He'd work best with someone whose motives were in the right place or who became consumed with doing something because they got lost in science, even if the execution left something to be desired. He can't abide the desire to cause suffering for suffering's sake--the one irredeemable villain of his canon operated along those lines. He can understand doing terrible things for the greater good or if the world's cast you aside and you're just trying to get by. He's been used and betrayed by others, and he's still managed to forgive them. He can be self-sacrificing to a fault, and once he's determined that he is going to help someone, they are getting helped. In the first episode, he decides that an escaped convict is, in fact, innocent, sighs, and immediately helps the guy go on the run from the authorities, thus bringing himself into conflict with the authorities as well. Later on after he's become the country's hero and needs to once again become a fugitive, he steals a single dollark from the Prime Minister because left to his own devices he's just the sort of goody two-shoes who wouldn't actually commit a real crime if given a chance. He's got a lot of conviction, and while he expects the best of people, he also tries to give his best in return.

That said, respect must be earned--as a Warden, it's not like he's going to come in here fussing over a poor misunderstood Inmate. Far from it. He's likely to approach the situation from a place of judgment--you want respect, you earn it. He is responsible for this Inmate, he holds himself to high standards, and you'd best believe that Inmate gets to enjoy similarly high standards. He can be forgiving, but he's got to see some desire for change in order to soften up. Otherwise, congratulations, you've got a Warden who will call you an idiot while going on about how smart he is. That said, while Sento does tend mostly to be a rule follower when possible, he does understand the value of bending the rules and going for what is right over what is spelled out in the rulebook. With an Inmate he's reached an understanding with--or at least seen a desire to change in, whether or not said desire is explicitly stated--he's likely to be forgiving and try to bend the rules if he thinks that would help the situation. Would he ever admit to that? No. But he'd be willing to set something up to let an Inmate think he got one over on him if he thought it might help. Misbehave and try to get one over on him the old fashioned way for the wrong reasons, and he'll just become obnoxious. He's likely to try to figure out what makes the inmate tick. The carrot is preferable to the stick, but he'll use all the tools at his disposal depending on how things are playing out.

As far as weaknesses go, Sento is prone to being a bit overconfident in his own abilities. He's a genius physicist thank you very much, and it's possible to distract him with his own ego. Plus, it's easy to hide his own insecurities behind said giant ego. (If you say you're great enough times, that makes it true, doesn't it? That is definitely how these things work.) He is also easily distracted by mad science--he'd simultaneously be the best and worst warden for a mad scientist type of inmate. Best, because he has strong feelings about science and the misuse thereof while understanding the scientific curiosity that might lead someone down a terrible path...and worst because he is slightly at risk of getting temporarily distracted by the cool science while forgetting it was used to wreak havoc or turn all humans into gorillas or something. While he holds himself to high standards, when he does not meet those standards, he's at risk of shutting down. In addition to this, Sento has nothing resembling a bedside manner and can be a little blunt. In canon, he discovers his best friend is not entirely human and possesses messed up alien DNA. Other characters are worrying about how to tell him, and Sento just immediately butts in there with, "Banjou, you're not human" without trying to soften the blow once the opportunity to talk arises. He doesn't worry over Banjou afterwards, either. He can be a jerk, even if he means well.

Deal: At his canonpoint, Sento is fully expecting to be a man without a universe or a place in any world. He'd like to continue to exist in the new world he fought so hard to create. If his friends remembered him, that would be a bonus.

History: Wiki link is here!

Sample Network Entry:
[The camera comes on, revealing a smiling man dressed very casually in a green sweater, striped scarf, artfully torn jeans…and one red and one blue sneaker.]

I suppose I've been here long enough that it's worth asking--is there any sort of laboratory facility aboard the ship? I've been looking and I've yet to find a dedicated one.

Also, If anyone would care to engage in the study of physics, I'd be happy to get you started--it isn't every day you end up with a genius physicist of my caliber in your midst, after all. If you're an inmate, I'm afraid I can't offer you anything you might actually be able to use in a dangerous fashion, but it's easy enough for us to approach some foundational scenarios in totally frictionless environments that wouldn't actually occur in reality. If nothing else, you can still play around with the joys of applied mathematics.

[Who wouldn't love the joys of applied mathematics? Tasteless people, probably.]

Sample RP: Sento does his best to stay busy aboard the Barge. The library's a unique opportunity; one doesn't get an opportunity to check out books from across the multiverse every day. Mornings see him grabbing a bit of whatever for breakfast in the event he remembers to eat--he hasn't today--and then it's off to the library for a bit of inspiration. Ostensibly, he's trying to find something he can work into his Inmate's rehabilitation.

Or he could find something scientific-looking and get distracted, because it has been entirely too long since he's been able to do something like that without the looming specter of war and destruction hanging over his head. Science for science's sake, versus science that's desperately needed to save the world. Either he's making copious amounts of notes in a notebook or he's rushing off caught up in some idea, his nose still buried in a book. He's in danger of running into someone and is too distracted to care.

Later, Sento's found the engine room. That's it, game over, goodbye, any hope of productivity he might have once had for the day. He can't help himself; of course he's going to take a look in there as soon as he's got an opportunity. It's become priority one once he's realized it exists, and now? Now, it is irresistable. As soon as he's in there, a shock of hair immediately stands itself up and he is enthralled rushing between this bit of technology and that, muttering "Fascinating, fascinating…" and intelligible bits of science to himself. He'll be there a while, careful not to disturb anything, and will very likely lose track of the day there if not disturbed. Sorry to whoever finds him passed out asleep somewhere.

Special Notes: Can't think of anything!
